Pre-use checks, lubrication points, and service escalation criteria for CCTV Tower units.

Daily and pre-use checks

• Inspect winch cables before use.

• Do not use if cable shows wear, fraying, broken strands, or other damage.

• Confirm safety pin function and mast lock operation.

• Confirm stabiliser legs and locking points are operating correctly.

Lubrication

• Ensure winch worm gear is greased.

• Ensure stabiliser leg jack screws are greased.

• Do not apply grease to mast.

Cable handling

• Feed mast cable correctly while raising mast.

• During lowering, prevent cable bunching at mast base.

Remove from service if any of the following occur

• Winch cable goes slack during normal winching

• Winch cable shows damage

• Mast does not raise or lower smoothly

• Safety pin does not engage reliably

Service escalation

For unresolved mechanical or electrical issues, contact support with:

• Product series and unit ID

• Fault description and observed behavior

• Photos or video of fault condition
