Giraffe uses low-power, Edge-based AI computer vision or on camera analytics to accurately detect humans and vehicles. This technology is faster and more accurate than using humans to monitor video streams resulting in an increased likelihood of detecting threats.

These events can be supplemented with cloud based AI.

If desired, Giraffe can use these alerts to actively trigger features such as strobe lights, floodlights and audio alerts. This can help prevent incidents before they happen instead of just recording them.

We call this feature active threat deterrence.
