Accessing Giraffe Cloud

If you are using a branded version of Giraffe Cloud, please use the link provided by your supplier.

Supported Browsers

You should be able to use any current web browser to access Giraffe Cloud, but we only test and provide support for Google Chrome.

To download Google Chrome, visit https://www.google.com/chrome/ and follow the onscreen instructions.

Login with Google

In order to login via Google, you first need to have configured single sign on for your account.

Internet requirements

Because Giraffe Cloud is video-intensive, a poor internet connection will affect performance. For the best experience, we recommend a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps with latency below 100 ms.
