Generic integration

Overview

The generic integration is designed for situations when we do not have a specific integration with your monitoring station software. The generic integration sends out simple JSON messages.

Email notifications

Emails can be forwarded to the ARC software for both intrusion and system notifications.

The email server can be configured on the ARC configuraton page:

You can send test emails from this page as well:

The 'from' address will always be [email protected] where the xxx is replaced by the system ID the alarm is being received from.

The 'to' address will always be [email protected]

The simplest option is to use the phone number integration that simple lets you phone a tower in order to speak to it.
